Frequently asked questions

How do I add the home-screen widget?

iOS: long-press an empty spot on your Home Screen → tap the "+" → search "PawPost" → pick a size → Add Widget.
Android: long-press your Home Screen → Widgets → find PawPost → drag it into place.

How do I invite family members?

Open your family group and share your invite code (or invite a member by username). New members request to join, and a group admin approves them.

Why am I not getting notifications?

Check Settings → Notifications in the app to confirm permissions are granted and your preferred alerts are on, and make sure notifications are enabled for PawPost in your device settings.

How do I report or block someone?

Report a post from its "•••" menu, or report a comment by long-pressing it. To block a member, use the same menu, or manage blocks in Settings → Privacy & safety → Blocked accounts. See our Community Guidelines.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings → Account control → Delete my account. For full details on what's deleted, see our account & data deletion page.
