Community Guidelines

PawPost is a cosy, private place to share your pets with the people who love them. These guidelines keep it that way. They apply to everything you post and every interaction in the app, and they work alongside our Terms of Service.

What we love to see

• Photos and videos of your pets — the goofy, the sleepy, the majestic.
• Kind comments and boops for your family's pets.
• Respect for the people in your family groups.

What's not allowed

• Harmful or hateful content — harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech.
• Explicit or graphic content — nudity, sexual content, or graphic violence.
• Animal cruelty — content that depicts or promotes harm to animals.
• Illegal content or anything that promotes illegal activity.
• Infringement — posting content you don't have the right to share.
• Spam, scams, or impersonation.

Reporting & blocking

You have tools to keep your experience safe:

• Report a post from the "•••" menu when viewing it, or a comment by long-pressing it. Reports go to our team for review.
• Block any member to immediately hide their posts and comments from you. Manage blocked accounts in Settings → Privacy & safety → Blocked accounts.

What happens when something is reported

We review every report and take action within 24 hours. Depending on severity, we may remove the content, warn the member, or suspend or permanently remove their account. Reporting is confidential — the person you report isn't told who reported them.
